The role:

We are seeking an analyst, applications development to come join our team and make a difference. You would be someone who loves number crunching and has an analytical mind with a result driven attitude. You will also have the opportunity to develop your capabilities and skills so that they can be utilised more broadly within Technology and IAG.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable teams to activate end to end digital experiences for customers, colleagues and partners, that are more secure, robust and scalable than ever before, and deliver them with lightning speed
  • Continue to develop and plan for future growth, enabling enterprise programs and managing products and services across the entire IAG estate
  • Contribute to; technical design & analysis, software programming, software integration, package evaluation, package configuration and support, ensuring the end-to-end integrity and functionality of the software is within scope of the business solution
  • Design, develop and implement test plans to accurately test the application code, functions, modules, configuration and programs;
  • Defect fix during system and user acceptance testing

We would love to hear from people who have:

  • Proven ability to implement generic, re-usable solutions, components or frameworks, including appropriate documentation and training;
  • Background in statistical analysis would be an advantage
  • Good understanding of Implementation and configuration of software packages
  • Good proficiency with verbal, written presentation, facilitation and communication skills in English
  • Results oriented and committed to achieving challenging objectives and delivering excellence
  • Python knowledge essential
